- Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $6.95. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at the standard rate. We do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
- Standard shipping orders take 1-3 days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of the warehouse.
- All orders do not include Saturday delivery. Delivery includes business days only.
- Boutique A&E is not responsible for the following:
- Products lost or damaged. The carrier will be responsible once a package ships.
- Items marked "delivered" by the USPS or UPS.
- Any mishandling or improper care.
- Any incorrect sizing.
- Delays with shipping.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package deliver, please contact the courier prior to contacting Boutique A&E. Please note some tracking information may not be available immediately but you may still receive your order. If you do not receive your order, and tracking states it has been delivered, we cannot be responsible for packages not delivered. Please contact the carrier.
To help each customer have the best Boutique A&E experience, below is our return policy.
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of delivery. No exceptions will be made.
- Returns must be unworn, with no stains, makeup, deodorant or animal hair. The tags must still be attached and in original condition as received.
- All flash sale items, accessories, leggings, bralettes, clearance and orders 30% off or more are FINAL SALE and can't be returned. Gift cards are final sale.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a shipping carrier that provides tracking information.
- Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT only in the form of a gift card via email. Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of your merchandise for your store credit.
- Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you notice any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery and include photos.
